Been taking these consistently and they fit into my morning routine pretty easily. No weird aftertaste, which is a win for me tbh.

I sit most of the day because I wfh, then try to hit the gym after. I like the ingredient mix and the bottle is straightforward—no overcomplicated instructions.

So far so good. Easy to add to my daily vitamins and the capsules haven’t bothered my stomach.

Overall I’m happy with it, but the pills are a little bigger than I expected. Not a dealbreaker, I just take them one at a time with plenty of water.

Product arrived in good condition and was sealed properly. Shipping took a few days longer than expected though, so knocking off one star for that.

honestly pretty simple, I take them with my other vitamins and go. Haven’t noticed any weird aftertaste which is usually my biggest complaint with supplements.
